International Conference "Marketing, Technology and Society"

We are living in a networked world that enables marketers to reach us quite pervasively through a variety of social media channels. What is the impact of such pervasive and intrusive marketing and technology on the individual and the society? What methods are available to track, measure , analyse and understand how marketing and technology is changing the society? What are the positive, negative as well as intended and untended consequence of the ubiquitous media and social networks and marketing that use these channels? These are some of the concerns academic community is currently trying study. New methods like sentiment mining and old methods like social network analysis find applications in this interesting domain. Interdisciplinary approaches both qualitative and quantitative are welcome. The deadline for submission of the manuscripts is 15 June 2016. All the submissions will undergo a blind review process and selected papers will be considered for publication in leading journals.
