Books are important marketing tool for an individual may it be social reformer, politician or entreprenuer. Good books attract the attention of the readers and are useful to establish write's authority in his work, attract more business. Forbes.com publises a story of a Financial Planner, as how his book "The Ten Truths of Wealth Creation"helped him to brand himself, present before clientle, attract business orders and many more.

It reports that like politicians, independent financial advisers know that a book is the ultimate marketing tool, the brochure that no one throws out. Without their books: Suze Orman would be just another financial planner; Jim Cramer would be just another gonzo hedge fund manager; and Robert Kiyosaki (of Rich Dad, Poor Dad fame) would be just another marketing huckster.
